James, or “Jim” as many of those in the community know him, began working at PSW in May of 1994 after completing his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego (1993). As Vice President, Jim oversees all operations of the company and makes sure everything is running smoothly and to the satisfaction of all customers. Jim has been an active leader in the community, supporting various organizations from youth sports to community outreach.

Chantal started with the company in August of 1993 after completing her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego (1993). As CFO, Chantal supervises the company’s accounting and administrative functions. Chantal has been an active member in Girl Scouts since being one herself, now serving her community as part of the Girl Scout volunteer team for her local council.
