Rancho Mirage Professional Building II consists of a two story commercial building with attached two level parking structure. The project is located along a busy thoroughfare in an area known for medical use. The project consisted primarily of structural steel beams and columns, but also includes ornamental iron trash enclosure gates, steel stairs, and entry trellises.
